Since you like spicy chocolate, have you ever tried a recipe with Mexican mole sauce? Or rather, Mole Poblano sauce? If you haven’t I suggest you look some up or create your own. (Not many Mexicans are vegitarians, I’ve found.)

I have found mole in local grocery stores, but perhaps that is because I live in the South near the border. If you can’t locate it in your local store, I believe Whole Foods also carries it. And of course if there’s a Hispanic market near by, they’ll probably have some as well. :]

It’s finally warming up here so hot chocolate weather is starting to pass. Wait, what am I saying? It’s always a good time to have hot chocolate, especially if ‘hot’ means a little bit of spice!

Oooh, almond milk is my absolute FAVORITE base for hot chocolate. So creamy and rich. And I love chocolate and chilis – I’ll have to try this!
