I discovered your blog today after having just returned from Cambodia and absolutely adoring the food. (Although found you through your chocolate beet cake while I was looking for something Western for a change.) I took a cooking class in Cambodia and it was wonderful to learn. Also want to recommend The Indian in Siem Reap has the best South Indian food I’ve ever eaten and my husband (who has spent a lot of time in South India) raved over it too. I had two things there that aren’t usually my favorites (sag paneer and a cup of chai) and both were fantastic! (BTW, SR is a crazy place with an overwhelming number of restaurants. I’m sorry I didn’t know about the one you mentioned because the Khmer food we ate in SR was bland – catering to the tourist crowd I guess.)
