Vidu,

Sorry for replying late. I just happened to see this message. Thawing might take longer if you live in a cold place. This is what I usually do during winter. I thaw pastry sheet for 30 minutes. By this time it softens little bit. Gently unfold/open the puff pastry sheet and place it on the baking tray. Some of my friends use microwave to thaw pastry sheets. Probably 20-30 seconds will do. Hope this helps and Thank you for trying this recipe.

Hi radhika/salsa,
This was an interesting and easy recipe. I tried it n had a small problem. I left the puff pastry sheet on the counter to thaw for about 40 mins, but I couldn't spread the sheet, so for immediate use, I just roll pinned it like a roti n used. I wanted to know what went wrong and how can I use the pastry sheet properly(pepperidge farm as in the recipe). Please help.

It's very creative to serve the aloo gobhi in a tart. I would never have thought of it. Maybe stuffing the puff pastry with the mixture but serving it on top- that is really thinking out of the box. Great job.
