Great!! I doubled it to feed the family (although my kids wound up eating leftover Roman Stew and noodles with biscuits…ugh!) I loved this soup and will continue to make it The only sub I made was to add a bit of homemade veggie stock. Yum!

Just made this. Me and the hubby LOVED IT! So tasty! I think I’ve fallen in love with cumin, dont use it much. The only thing I added was a cube of vegetable stock with the water.

This soup is awesome. I was sort of skeptical when I first saw the recipe.. It’s just so simple, but it ended up tasting great. I was surprised at the flavor in the broth! And, it literally cost me about $2.15 to make enough for 4 lunches.. (I doubled it).
