If you haven’t had alouette cheese, you truly dont know what you are missing! My favorite is their garlic cheese spread (which I used in this polenta recipe).

    I love bried. Just on crackers. Or on French baguette with roasted peppers and steak. Possibilities are endless. Or with figs.

  2. Oh..I so so loved that pic Sala..:)..Thats an awesome opportunity..I am a sucker for cheeses,be it be any kind..melting mozarella..parmesan..love pepper jack a lot..But I havent tried this yet..This gives my luck a chance I guess..:P

  3. I love so many cheeses, it’s hard to pick one favorite! If I must, I’ll go with brie. I like to have a nice wedge of brie with a crisp salad and some bread.

  5. Smoked Gouda is my favorite – cut them into chunks and eat them like that or melted with other cheeses for fondue.

  6. Love the cheese in any form. I love garlic cheese spread anytime. No matter which brand is it. :) Sala, pics are very neat and beautiful.

  7. Loooove cheese in any kind or form.. My fav. though is pepper jack cheese, great in mexican style dishes or on a veggie panini, melts beautifully and cubes are just as delicious.

  9. honestly any cheese is good but I have a fondness for the abominations known as cheese balls. the flavor doesn’t really matter (but who doesn’t love cheddar and bacon) it is the round shape with a coating hiding the soft spreadable insides that gets me.

  10. My favorite cheese.. I don’t know its name, but it’s a braided Brazilian cheese. I believe it’s smoked. It is wonderful. You can eat it as a snack, and you kind of shred it into floss-like substance. Or you can eat it with white rice.

  11. CHEESE! Very sharp cheddar on grilled sourdough croutons rate high in my cosmology, but Starbucks used to sell swiss cheese croissants that completely ruled. The day they stopped was a sad, sad day. :o (

  12. I prefer sun dried tomatoes cheese spread and spinach artichoke cheese spread with my bagel.
    I also like veg spread cheese.

  13. I love to snack of cheese, any kind will do. I could even make dinner out of cheese and crackers! Would definitely count Brie among my favorites, love the creaminess.

  16. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Humboldt Fog by Cypress Grove Chevre – a local goat cheese maker back home. I am also a medium cheddar nut for the everyday but I will never pass up the Humboldt Fog and always stock up when I head back home!

  18. I love the Brie wheel cheese. I eat that for breakfast with my whole wheat bread and sliced bananas. Yum. I also like it with French bread, hot chili sauce and hummus spread on top, Brie cheese, turkey slices and lettuce. Simple yet savory. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Let me go make myself one now.
